This home has so many design options available that I believe just about anyone could customize the floor plan to suit their needs. Riverstone Estates is located in a great area of north Peoria. Most schools in the area are top performers. Also the location is convenient for people that commute. You are located only about 2 miles north of the 101 Freeway which gives you easy access to nearly the entire Valley of the Sun.

The base model is four bedrooms or three bedrooms with den, master bath, full second bath, powder room, formal living/dining rooms, family room and 3-car garage..
There are options to add more bedrooms (up to 7), baths (up to 4), and an additional tandem garage is available.
You could add a ramada, super master, loft, playroom, and deck.
The home starts at approximately $341,000 at the time I wrote this.

The interior of this Peoria Arizona new home is impressive. There are a lot of rooms in this home, but yet Columbia Communities didn't wall them all in. It creates a nice open air feel which I like.

This Riverstone Estates model home is a nice home to walk through. I am sure it would be a great home to live in. The floor plans are so flexible and the home is so energy efficient that it can be adjusted to suit just about anyone's Arizona new home needs.
