Columbia Communities offers a lot of flexibility in all of their home designs. The Jasmine model is no different. The photos below are ones I took while I toured the home. There are too many to list, but I'll point out the most interesting ones.

The Riverstone Estates AZ development is located in a great area of Peoria. You are located only about 2 miles north of the 101 Freeway which gives you easy access to nearly the entire greater Phoenix area.

The Jasmine Model

Single story home.
2,141 square feet.
The home is 3 bedrooms with a den and 2 baths.
You have the option of converting the den into a 4th bedroom plus you can have up to 4 baths.
You could add a casita, bonus room or extra garage, and a master retreat.
The homes starts at approximately $290,000 at the time I wrote this.

This home has a nice feel to it. Right when you walk in there is a nice open area off the entry way into the great room. I like big open spaces in homes. This is a split floor plan so the master bedroom is separated from the rest of the bedrooms, but the master bedroom shares a wall with the great room. There is a good chance that shared wall is where the family television would be. If you are the last one to bed it may not matter, but if you have young adults living with you it may be something to consider.
