The Tamarack is Another Stunning Showcase of the Luxury Homes for Sale in Arizona<<< Return to the Pebble Beach Luxury Home
Moving on to one of my other favorite luxury homes for sale in Arizona, the Tamarack model. The standard features are the same as the Pebble Beach model on the previous page. You'll notice that the interior of the home has a lot of similarities. You may want to open the Tamarack floor plan in a new window so my descriptions and pictures make more sense. This model starts around $650,000, but what do you expect from luxury homes for sale in Arizona? We'll start off with the stunning view of the front of the home. I'm usually not a big fan of large front yards because people don't seem to spend much time in their front yards anymore. This one is large enough that you could build a real nice sitting area in the front.
As you enter the foyer there is an office area to your right and the dining room to the left. The office is a nicely sized and is close to the master bedroom. Moving right along into the master bedroom...
I am a big fan of the his and hers sinks in the master bathroom. In fact I won't buy a home if it doesn't have them. I also like how they used glass blcok with the walk in shower in the picture below. This shower design means less corners to clean the grime out of, and also provides a bit of privacy when the kids come in the room without knocking. The walk in closet is pretty much the same size as the dining room. That doesn't mean the dining room is small, the master closet is huge.
Moving around to the other side of this split floor plan we move into the living room. The living room is smack dab in the middle of the home. Along with front yards, living rooms don't seem to see much action these days. In our home we turned our living room into an entertainment area with a pool table and television. I think the living room in this home will work well as an entertainment area also. Plus the living room is right in front of you as you enter the front door. It's a good place to have a striking piece of furniture or two.

We have a jack and jill bathroom separating the #2 and #4 bedrooms and the last bedroom at the end of the hall has a full bathroom inside of it. The room didn't seem large enough to be considered a mother-in-law quarters, so I asked the sales person about the room. If you are looking at the floor plan you can visualize how easy it is for the builder to knock out a wall between the #3 and #4 bedrooms to turn this into a second master bedroom. The reason they didn't put this in the model was that they didn't want to have a 3,600+ square foot home with only three bedrooms.
There is currently some incentives for upgrades, and Lennar is willing to participate in the closing costs. Although that is subject to change at any time. Like I said in the beginning, this home is just a great example of luxury homes for sale in Arizona. I feel like this model is perfect for entertaining. It is large enough and spaced out enough that you can find a quiet place to yourself if needed. Plus you have the ability to add a second master bedroom. The Innsbrook is model starts at around $620,000, it is 3,320 square feet, and has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a three car garage. The last home Lennar builds here is the largest one. The Kennilworth starts around $702,000, it is a whopping 4,840 square feet, there are 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a three car garage. Is this the definition of luxury homes for sale in Arizona? The master bedroom is very comfortable. I don't know about the homes you are living in right now, but my master bedroom seemed large enough until we moved all of our stuff in it. You won't feel cramped in this bedroom. As you can see from the picture, there is a sitting area set up for a peaceful area to read a book. The doors leading from the master bedroom out to the back yard also gives the room a nice wide open feel.
Moving through the living room you enter the family room and kitchen area. I love how the family room is wide open with the kitchen and nook area. You also have access to the back patio off the family room and another much smaller covered patio off the kitchen. The small patio off the kitchen seems to be the perfect place to have a cup of morning coffee and read the newspaper while catching a peaceful moment to yourself.
