Maracay Homes - Summit at Boulder Mountain

Maracay Homes really has some great floor plans. The flex designs they offer with their floor plans provide so many options that many home owners can find a plan that works for them.

The Summit at Boulder Mountain is located near 67th Avenue and Jomax road. The area has many small mountains, gorgeous sunsets, and yet you are still close to major freeways.

The schools that students in this new home development would attend are the Sandra Day O'Connor High School (view the Sandra Day O'Connor report card) and the Terramar elementary school (view the Terramar report card). Both are well performing schools.

The Floor Plans

There are only six floor plans at this Maracay Homes development. Not many compared to most new home developments, but if you play around with the floor plans by clicking on the links below you will see that the flex designs allow you to change these floor plans around significantly.

The Denali is a single story 2,240 square foot home. There is a 3-car garage, three bedrooms and two baths. You have the option of changing the den into a fourth bedroom and you can also change the 3-car garage into a 2-car and create a fifth bedroom. The starting price for this home is near $380,000.

The Everest is also a single story home. It has three bedrooms and two baths and is 2,399 square feet. There is a 2-car garage and a separate 1-car garage as well. This home has many options to customize the home. You can change the family room and dining room into one gigantic great room. You also have the ability of converting the den and seperate garage into a fourth and fifth bedroom with a full bath respectively. The home starts at just over $380,000.

The McKinley is another single story three bedroom home. This plan has two and a half baths and is 2,602 square feet. This Maracay home has many of the same options as the Everest. You can convert the retreat and 1-car garage into a fourth bedroom and a guest suite with an additional full bath. This home is spaced well and the master bedroom is on the opposite end of the home from the other bedrooms. The home starts at just under $400,000.

The Rainier is 2,855 square feet which is fairly large for a single story home. There are four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a 3-car garage. You have the option of adding two more bedrooms, or if you are looking for space for entertaining you can change one bedroom into a retreat instead. If you add the guest suite you will have an additional bathroom, and the fifth bedroom converts the half bath into a full bath. So this home could be between 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-4 baths. This home starts at just over $400,000.

The Veladero this is a two story home that is 3,184 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a 3-car garage. You have the ability to change the floor plan to include up to six bedrooms and four baths. The master bedroom is upstairs. I prefer the master bedroom downstairs. Walking up and down the stairs when you need something gets old. This home starts in the low $400,000s.

The Whitney is the last home in this Maracay Homes development. It is also a two story home, has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and is a whopping 3,617 square feet. Amazingly this home can be transformed to include up to seven bedrooms and four baths. You can add a home management room, and even a second den if you wish while still having the seven bedrooms. This home's flex options allow a lot of customization. The Whitney model starts near $425,000.
