Peoria AZ New Homes

There are some Peoria AZ new homes tucked away in a new development by Columbia Communities called Riverstone Estates. The Subdivision is called Fletcher Farms. It is a smaller subdivision, so there is very little traffic. There are quite a few positive things for going for this new home development.

If you are looking for a new home that is going to hold its value better in a market downturn you need to be looking for homes that are not "too far out". These Peoria AZ new homes are located in a very nice part of the city. Location, location, location, right? They are close to the freeways, near Arrowhead Mall, and located in the excellent Peoria Unified School District.

Located near 79th Ave and Deer Valley.
There are approximately 107 lots in the development.
There is a home owners association.
The prices range from the mid $200,000s - mid $300,000s.
The homes range in size from 1,798 - 3,809 square feet.

School Information

Families with school age children living in Riverstone Estates are in the Peoria Unified School District.

Basically these reports can be used as a high level overview as to whether the entire school is performing well or not. Historically the Deer Valley and Peoria Unified Schools Districts have been top performers.

Once the home is built the home owner is issued a three year guarantee that the temperature at the location of the home's thermostat will not vary more than 3 degrees from the center of any conditioned room within the thermostat's zone. All of their homes are tested by an independent third party for their energy efficiency.

Riverstone Estates Model Homes For Sale

The interior of the homes in this development overall are quite impressive. The exteriors seem a little "boxy" if you know what I mean, but it doesn't look bad. It is 1,798 square feet and the starting price is just a bit under $265,000. Columbia Communities does not have a model of this home or an interactive floor plan. In addition to the master bath there is a full second bath and flex space. There is an optional master retreat, casita, cabana, bonus room and additional garage available. The home is 2,141 square feet and starts at around $290,000.

The Laurel - is a single story home with three bedrooms. You can choose a den or fourth bedroom. In addition to the master bath there is a full second bath. This home also has a 3-car tandem garage. There are options for a casita, cabana, ramada bonus room, and additional bedroom with bath available. The home is 2,190 square feet and starts near $300,000. Riverstone Estates model home The Primrose is a two story home with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a loft, family room, formal dining room, and a 3-car garage. The master bedroom is down stairs. There is an optional 5th bedroom plus 3rd bath and a den. The home is 2,741 square feet and starts at about $325,000. The Sage - is a two story home with four bedrooms or three bedrooms with a den. There is a master bath, full second bath, powder room, formal living/dining rooms, family room, loft, and a 3-car garage. The options available are a ramada, super master, playroom, deck, additional bedrooms, baths and, additional garage space is available. The home is 3,130 square feet and starts around $341,000. The Willow - is a two-story home with four bedrooms, a den, master bath, full second bath, powder room, formal living/dining, family room, library, loft, front porch, and 3-car tandem garage. The options include a bonus room, deck, and there are additional bedrooms available. The home is 3,809 square feet and starts at approximately $355,000.

The Acacia - is a single story with two bedrooms. You can choose either a den or a third bedroom. In addition to the master bath there is a full second bath. There is an optional master retreat, casita, cabana, bonus room and additional garage available. The home is 1,855 square feet and the starting price is around $280,000. Again there is no model of this home, but the links take you to an interactive floor plan.

The Peoria AZ new homes that Columbia Communities builds at Riverstone Estates are definitely worth looking at. They have many different floor plans to choose from and the neighborhood is nice. I should know, I live within walking distance. Also like I said at the top of this page, the location is fantastic.
